The best value when it comes to firearms knowledge and licencing, the RPAL
(Restricted Possession and Acquisition Licence) allows you to
use and own any firearm not classified as "Prohibited", and to educate Canadians with fact and perspective about the firearms issue in Canada.
WHY IS THIS A BETTER VALUE?
Governments change. So can firearms laws. It's a fact of life here in Canada. A Restricted firearms licence (RPAL) gives you the freedom to use and own any non-restricted or restricted firearm.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
The course cost is $225 and includes an electronic version of the Canadian Firearms Safety Course manual, and all examination fees.
The fee does NOT include costs for PAL application processing or gun club membership.
